When b580 is passed as a runner label to E2E performance workflow, it is not being recognized by the github actions and the job is being scheduled on default runner label (pvc). This PR addresses this issue.
CI e2e perf job succesfuly scheduled on BMG: E2E_PERFORMANCE#529
